efectivos, siendo estos muy competitivos
ante este síndrome. Los pacientes
pediátricos con este síndrome, no puede
derivar otras enfermedades, las que se
descartan son aneurismas de origen
coronario, el paciente pediátrico al no
tratarse puede llegar a tener miocarditis,
shock, es de relevancia que el paciente
debería de tener una vigilancia en cuidados
intensivos para así no comprometer la vida,

deficientes así que son muy susceptibles.

Abstract
COVID-19, is the most recent disease that
affected all people and caused a pandemic,
the problems with this disease are being
studied as it leaves sequelae which is
causing a new Multisystemic Inflammatory
Syndrome attacks any age group but is
more compromising in children, it is very
important to know in depth this new disease
to treat it. With respect to the clinic,
different signs and symptoms are observed
and analyzed, the most specific are fever,
acute gastrointestinal problems, visual and
cutaneous mucosal affection. In patients
with a positive serological picture in SARS-
CoV-2, the complementary tests to be
performed are hemogram, elevation of
inflammatory markers and alteration in
coagulation tests. In several cases, children
may present hypertransaminasemia,
nitrogen retention, macrophage activity,
thus forming this new syndrome. For
treatment in the pediatric area, drugs such
as corticosteroids, intravenous
immunoglobulin and acetylsalicylic acid
have been chosen and are still being
implemented without changing them for
others, because these drugs are effective
and are very competitive in the face of this
syndrome. Patients with this syndrome, can
not derive other diseases, which are
discarded are aneurysms of coronary origin,
the pediatric patient if not treated can get to
have myocarditis, shock, it is of relevance
that the patient should have a surveillance
in intensive care so as not to compromise
life, since their defenses are deficient so I
am very susceptible.
