TY - JOUR AU - Silador Utrera, Rafael Raúl AU - Jaramillo Gamboa, Rene Andrés PY - 2017/11/24 Y2 - 2024/05/18 TI - THE INFLUENCE OF A CORRECT NUTRITION FROM DIETS THAT RESPOND TO DEVELOPMENT NEEDS IN CHILDREN FROM 4 TO 6 YEARS OF AGE JF - Sinapsis JA - Sinapsis VL - 2 IS - 11 SE - Ciencias Humanísticas DO - 10.37117/s.v2i11.130 UR - https://www.itsup.edu.ec/myjournal/index.php/sinapsis/article/view/130 SP - AB -       Actualmente se ha detectado que la mala nutrición de los niños incide directamente en el desarrollo físico, psicológico y mental, mostrándose en algunos infantes retardos que evocan en el crecimiento y desarrollo y que se relacionan específicamente con el tipo de ingesta, siendo necesario precisar que la alimentación en los últimos años se ha visto influenciada por publicidad agresiva de alimentos tipo chatarra.  Las principales fuentes de mal nutrición en el estudio, son ocasionadas por factores de desconocimiento que radican en dos escenarios donde involucra a los padres de familia y los bares escolares.      El trabajo investigativo tiene un enfoque hacia la búsqueda de la calidad alimentaria en niños y niñas de 4 a 6 años de Educación Básica de la Unidad Educativa “Rosa Zárate”, caserío Puñachisac, del cantón Quero, enmarcado en el objeto de estudio de los procesos nutricionales donde involucra el principal objetivo de proponer dietas optimas que vayan encaminadas al desarrollo y rendimiento físico y cognitivo de los infantes      La investigación-acción se realiza en el lugar de los hechos con un contacto directo con los involucrados, logrando verificar e interpretar las principales causas que afectan, mediante análisis antropométricos y curvas de desarrollo y crecimiento      Como resultados relevantes se encuentran la influencia desde los primeros años de vida de los niños en la alimentación, modificando su conducta de aceptación o rechazo hacia un alimento y por consiguiente la pertinencia a una dieta que se ajuste a las necesidades nutricionales y que permitan el crecimiento adecuado del grupo estudiado. Palabras claves: Nutrición, Alimentación, Antropometría, Dietas  Abstract The influence of correct nutrition from diets that respond to development needs in children aged 4 to 6 years of age Keywords: Nutrition, Feeding, anthropometry, Subsistence allowance,       At present it has been detected that the malnutrition of children directly affects the physical, psychological and mental development, showing in some infants delays that evoke in growth and development and that are specifically related to the type of intake, being necessary to specify that the in recent years has been influenced by aggressive advertising of junk foods. The main sources of malnutrition in the study are caused by factors of ignorance that lie in two scenarios involving parents and school bars.      The research work has a focus on the search for food quality in children from 4 to 6 years of Basic Education of the Educational Unit "Rosa Zárate", village Puñachisac, Canton Quero, framed in the object of study of the processes nutritional programs where it involves the main objective of proposing optimal diets that are aimed at the development and physical and cognitive performance of infants      Through bibliographic research, concepts related to nutrition are extended, which in turn will allow scientific knowledge related to the central axis of the study.      The action research is carried out in the place of the facts with a direct contact with the involved ones, being able to verify and to interpret the main causes that they affect, through anthropometric analyzes and curves of development and growth      Relevant results include influence from the first years of life of children on food, modifying their behavior of acceptance or rejection towards a food and therefore the relevance to a diet that meets nutritional needs and allow growth of the group studied.
