The research was developed at the State University of the South of Manabí in the Agricultural career. The objective of the study was to evaluate the use of problem-based learning methodology as a tool to achieve the teaching-learning process in students, using the experience of teachers of different teachings and the study of articles and research carried out on the subject. theme. Theoretical (analysis and synthesis), empirical (observation and survey technique) and statistical methods were used to determine the sample and tabulate the results of the applied instrument, the sample was made up of 9 teachers from different specialties, The main results highlight that the evaluation of the problem-based learning methodology as a tool for the achievement of learning in students, showed that it is of great importance, to develop motivation, meaningful learning, critical and creative thinking, the integration of knowledge, understanding, skills development, collaborative and participatory work.</p> ER -
